Hello Nesha, thank you for your question. I am pleased to inform you that you have the flexibility to submit as many essays as you are comfortable with, and as long as your essay meets the requirements of the school you are applying to and the scholarship program.

Hi Rebecca, unfortunately, I do not have the exact definition of a short essay. I do know however, that the average essay submission in the MBA program tends to be approximately between 550-700 words. So, that would be a good guide to what the average essay is.

I have come to know that having a Career Plan is one of the most important things for a student. As my first attempt at career planning, I am currently trying to draft a plan for my career. I have some questions as you are doing it for the first time:

I do too. While the short essay does not influence your mark, but the long essay is a much bigger part of the marks. For the short essay, you are more focused on writing skills, but for the long essay you are asked to develop a career path. So, in the past, many people have fallen foul to not having a proper plan for their career. But, that is no longer an excuse.
