Therefore, compared with promotion materials, answering the questions of the judges can better determine whether to pass the promotion. Judging from the various promotions I have participated in, this conclusion can basically be confirmed. I understand there are two reasons behind it: One is the question-and-answer interaction with the judges on the spot. Compared with the promotion materials, the physical sensation is stronger and can convey more content. Imagine that the judges asked one business question after another. You calmly and calmly gave the answer clearly and clearly. The feeling to the judges is that this student is reliable, professional and confident; Another reason is that the promotion materials are easy to "ghost-write", and the "authenticity" is not as good as asking questions on the spot, because TL usually guides students to prepare materials in advance, and then the judges are also TL, everyone understands.
